Positive: The location didn’t initially seem promising, it’s in an estate of newish properties , but actually it worked perfectly. Quiet, but within walking distance to the village and beach. Plenty of parking, a lovely, sunny kitchen/diner and secluded back garden. And a table tennis table! It was comfortable and nicely decorated, but not so precious that you couldn’t feel relaxed. The wood burner in the sitting room made it very cosy in the cooler evenings. And being dog friendly was a great bonus.

Summary: Lovely property in great location close to beach and village.
