Positive: 5th floor without a lift keeps you fit! Large, spacious flat in a great location. Comfortably furnished, spotlessly clean and well ventilated (a rarity in Paris). The bathroom with a bathtub is a big plus. Comfortable bed in the loft bedroom (unfortunately, the two sofa beds are less comfortable). Very nice cleaning staff. App-controlled lock. Stove, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, pots, and plates. Very clear instructions on how to enter the flat, with a video.
Negative: My stay was pleasant – these are not complaints, but rather information to manage expectations: people with large luggage or mobility limitations must be prepared to climb 5 floors without a lift. The flat is managed by a beginner company that doesn't quite seem to have it together, so you need to be very patient with them. First, they send you a private message on Booking with a payment confirmation link that looks like phishing. Then one gets a message from Booking saying that one's credit card is invalid, and another message with a payment link that looks even more like a scam. According to the (generated by ChatGPT) clarification provided by them, the link is supposed to be legitimate. You make the payment with a trembling heart, and only then does the circus begin. They ask you to add them on WhatsApp. There, they send you a link to register online. They seem to not check it, because then they ask you 3 more times (once at midnight) to register online and provide your arrival time, which you already did. Then it turns out that the (very nice and hard-working) cleaner didn't manage to make up the place, and you have to wait :) All this put together didn't feel quite reassuring. Despite everything, I recommend it, overall the stay was enjoyable.
