Une chambre fermée adjacente à la pièce à vivre et une climatisation portative installée à la fenêtre l’été. Proche des lieux à visiter, à distance de marche du Plateau et marché Jean talon. Parking payant sécuritaire derrière l’immeuble (12$/jour ou 3$/heure).

Le logement :
L'immeuble est desservi par un ascenseur, l'appartement est spacieux et peut accommoder jusqu'à 4 personnes (canapé lit double dans le salon).
La fenêtre de la chambre va être changée fin Avril, ce qui va assurer une bonne isolation phonique et thermique. Des stores opaques sont installés sur toutes les fenêtres pour assurer des nuits sombres.
L’été, une climatisation portative est installée au niveau de la fenêtre du salon, lorsqu’elle est en marche il faut laisser la fenêtre entre-ouverte.
