The apartment develops over two levels. On the ground floor there is the living area furnished with designer furniture and finished with details of great taste and elegance. There is a dining corner, a sitting area with a large TV for family evenings and a kitchenette equipped with all the most modern appliances. Finally a beautiful bathroom with shower. The living room leads to the private terrace where you can have lunch or dinner enjoying the wonderful panorama that, on clear days, reaches the Argentario sea.

A beautiful staircase leads to the upper floor with night zone and the sleeping area with two bedrooms (1 double, 1 with two beds - or double).

One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a single bed which, if necessary, can be transformed into a double bed or two single beds (by pulling out the second bed). The wardrobe is an open one. The large and bright master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. Finally, another large and comfortable bathroom with shower completes the sleeping area. Here too one has the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful panorama from the large terrace.

The house has a private covered parking space and is surrounded by a beautiful well-kept garden.
