Summary: The apartment was everything described and more - the amazing terrace, the smell of herbs and the peaceful ambience. The terrace was a great place to spend an afternoon, with an evening cooking on the plancha. And the subtle lighting transformed the terrace into somewhere magical at night. Our hosts could not have been more helpful and we have no hesitation in highly recommending the apartment. We also recommend a visit to L'ile d'Aix, Ile de Re, Chatelaillon Plage and The Bunker. Our 5th visit to La Rochelle in 2 years and we are still discovering new places. This apartment is definitely on our "return to" list. Merci Beaucoup! Marie and John Hunter
