The attractive holiday apartment consists of a bedroom and a living room with balcony. From the living room and the balcony you have a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, microwave with grill and baking function, refrigerator, toaster and coffee machine. In the living room is a media center with satellite TV, radio and DVD player. You can enjoy your meal either in the restaurant on the ground floor or on your own balcony. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, the sofa bed in the living room can be used for extra bed.The floor is equipped with underfloor heating and covered with design vinyl flooring or tiles.
The "Strandresidenz Karl Hagen" is only separated from the white sandy beach and the Baltic Sea by the dunes. It is located directly on the beach forecourt in the center of Karlshagen and at the entrance to the wide, white, sandy beach. The house was opened in July 2005. The apartments, mostly consisting of living room and bedroom, have the stylish character of the house appropriate equipment with high-quality furniture, comfortable beds, a state-of-the-art kitchenette and satellite TV with radio, DVD and CD.
