The pellet stove is a great addition on cosy winter evenings and the terrace, running the whole length of the apartment, is the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and take in the impressive mountain views.

There is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area which has direct access onto a good sized terrace. There is a large dining table and comfy lounge area with spacious L-shaped sofa, smart TV and cosy pellet stove. The modern kitchen has every convenience including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and large fridge-freezer. The master bedroom can be made up as a double or a twin and has an ensuite bathroom with WC and separate bath and shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds which can also be made up as a double and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds sleeping 4. From the hallway you can access a shower room and separate WC. There is underground parking for one car and a cave for storing skis.

Quick access to the main road in and out of the Chamonix Valley means the apartment is well placed for convenient access to Geneva as well as exploring the other towns/villages in the Chamonix Valley or further afield such as Megève and Les Contamines. Chamonix centre is just a 10 minute drive or a short bus ride away. With a bus stop just a 2 minute walk from the apartment, a car isn’t a necessity to enjoy the other ski areas and villages of the valley.
