It has 1 master bedroom with a bed in 160 cms wide with adjoining bathroom, one bedroom with two beds 90 cms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with a sofa bed 2 places a TV screen Spanish chains flat table and 6 chairs, a 20 sqm terrace with garden furniture plus table and chairs, a second bathroom. the bathrooms are equipped with shower toilet and washbasin. The apartment has air conditioning.
It is located less than 100 m from the large beach that can be admired from the terrace (20m²). This beach is cleaned daily.
You can park for free in the street and on a private parking space in the basement in the residence.
All shops are nearby. On the paseo no cars, you will find many restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, clothing stores and shoes etc ... Several supermarkets are within 5 minutes walk.
