The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, dining table, chest of drawers and smart TV. The fully equipped kitchenette features an oven, four-burner stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer combination (installation: April 2025). The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, a sofa bed and a CD player. A separate second bedroom for another person is equipped with a wardrobe and washbasin. The new, spacious bathroom has a shower/WC, washbasin, hairdryer and towel radiator.
