Kandi is a beautiful modern top floor apartment conveniently located on the edge of Conil approximately 15 minutes walk from the town centre and 15 minutes walk from the fabulous Los Bateles Beach. It is part of a recently constructed small complex of quality apartments with immaculate communal gardens, children´s pool, large swimming pool and children's play area solely for the use of the residents. The pools are open from June to September. Ap. Kandi is light and spacious creating a nice atmosphere in which to relax and enjoy your holiday. The good sized air-conditioned lounge is equipped with 2 comfortable sofas (one being a sofa-bed which could accommodate 1 additional guest), Spanish TV and opens to the dining area with dining table and chairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast dining area. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds and the separate shower room is conveniently located across the hallway. Both bedrooms benefit from full air-conditioning for your comfort. Double glazed French doors lead out from the dining area onto the wonderfully sunny private terrace overlooking the communal gardens and pool area. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs so you can enjoy dining outdoors in the evening sunshine. Ap.
