Positive: The location is fantastic: situated on a peaceful street, it’s right in the heart of the city, with easy access to metro and buses and within walking distance to major attractions. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, featuring a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a walk-in closet. And, living on an island feels very chic !
Negative: All the wall decorations have been removed (hooks are still visible), except for some questionable plastic flowers. A few more mirrors, frames, or decorative touches would have helped elevate it to a 9! Additionally, we were missing a bread knife and kitchen hand towels. The apartment is managed by "Studio Prestige," which oversees around 250 other properties in Paris. As a result, the service feels impersonal. When I tried to extend my stay, it was difficult to get in touch with them, and they never returned my calls. It seems like every time I reached out, I was speaking to a different person, with a lot of background noise and what felt like a call center atmosphere. There was no follow-up, empathy, or empowerment. Their automatic email instructions sometimes mix English and French, too! With more decoration, no missing essentials, and a more personalized service, I would have rated this a 10. But if those factors aren't important to you as a guest, feel free to consider this a 10.0 review!
