Positive: Alfonzo and his team were fantastic. Place is full of joy and magic. Gardens are beautiful and you can see the love Alfonzo puts in. Pool is perfectly warm. Apartment we stayed in had everything we needed and we cooked at home (because it felt like home) alot of nights. Pool is a great place to meet other guests if you want . We had a chat with French American Austrian Argentinian and Irish in one swim great fun and super interesting. Housekeeping were great. Taxi €5 from El Medano. Walk to town 20 mins. Minimarket 10 mins walk beside Hotel Arenas has bread wine cheese etc more than sufficient if you need something in a hurry. We wanted a relaxing easy going break in the sun and that's what we got. Alfonzo even gave us a lift into town the night of my birthday and then appeared with a present for me the following day. He's a man with a big heart and a big smile and his staff are the same.
