Positive: We booked this apartment solely because of 5 separate rooms available in one place. It was convenient to have 3 bathrooms with toilets. There is a washing machine. Unfortunately, this is it when it comes to positives.
Negative: first, we have been asked to download the app because "check in can not be completed". After the app download, I had to scan and fill in details of every guest staying there, and the page kept crushing, which was subpar customer experience. Next, we have been asked to pay 200 euro damage deposit through a third party platform, which will only be returned 7 days after check out. After all that, we have been informed that check in is actually in person only, and if we come after 21.00 we will be charged 50 Euro. I had to ask my friend to rush abd check in for us. - delayed communication via booking.com - no AC in any room. Except just one room, other 4 are very small. - no detergent for the washing machine - noise from the stairs, other apartments, and famous bar right in front of the property make it possible to only sleep in ear plugs, which were not provided. - broken door lock in the bathroom, which has only been fixed on a third day of our stay. - ventilation is generally very bad, even laundry had to dry for 3 night I feel that for the ridiculously high price I paid for this stay, the company had to provide more flexibility and comfort for guests. I did not feel welcomed there, and even had to take out trash myself because - guess what - there is a fee of 50 Euro for not doing it.
Summary: Book this only if you have no other option with 5 rooms
