Positive: First: Location perfect. All Shops,Bars and Restaurants, Buss and Tram Stations under your feets. Beaches as well: Playa Almadraba and Playa Albufereta in a few min. in reach.The Señal Urbanisation is old but well mantained and clean.The Senōra Francia very friendly. The Residents i think a bit bothered from Tourists but when you stay for more than a week you see the Hearts are opening. We are visiting since Years Alicante and The Town is our Love. Just the Appartment we used to stay was sold and we found this Small Cute one.So The Host we didnt met in Person but trough Whats App you are always in Touch. We recommend the Estudio, just take in Mind its not big and is perfect for One or Two max. Persons.
Negative: We missed the Dishwasher. As well the Bed its not exactly for 2 Adults. Or Me and my Woman we are too big. The Studio is o.k just need a good renovation, as that one was done many years a go and not from Good Profis. That as i am since long time in that Branch as well, you can see everywhere. Even the Veneciano on the Walls ;-). The other thing was washing dresses and not having place in the Studion to hang them to dry completely. You have to visit the 6th. Floor and Roof to hang them there.
