The first floor of the town home consists of the living area, and first two bedrooms. The main living space is on an open floor plan that leads out to the deck with gas grill. The living area has two new leather sofas and a 55 inch smart TV and Blu Ray player installed in the fall of 2021. The kitchen has beautiful counters with plenty of space for preparing meals, and is equipped with all of the utensils, pans, and flatware you could need. A dining table seating 6 people is adjacent to the kitchen and living space.The guest bedrooms are located at the end of the hall and each feature a 40 inch smart TV and queen size bed. The bathroom with full tub and shower is located off the hall, and there is a private washer and dryer in the closet off the hall.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, 40 inch smart TV and blue ray player, queen bed, and large en-suite master bath with deep soaking jetted tub, stand up glass shower, and his and hers sinks. There is a sitting area upstairs with a sofa that folds out into a queen bed to sleep 2 additional people.
Keystone Resort skier base at River Run is just a 2.5 mile drive away, and Arapahoe Basin boasting the longest ski season in North America is just 7 miles away. Both ski areas offer year round events with live music, festivals, and activities ranging from yoga on the mountain to chocolate Christmas village displays. There are countless other activities year round in the resorts, you will be sure to find something indoors, outdoors, or kid friendly to entertain your group. Antlers Gulch 503 is a great central base if you are looking to explore other ski areas or towns, you can reach them in about 15 - 20 minutes, think Breckenridge Resort, Copper Resort, Loveland Ski Area, and Lake Dillon. A vehicle is highly recommended for this location, though airport shuttle options and in town Uber are readily available.
