L'appartamento è Proprio nel cuore "vivo" del centro storico di Verona, i nostri appartamenti sono situati in un elegante e storico palazzo già citato nel catasto napoleonico del 1817 che si affaccia sull'allora "Strada della Posta Vecchia", oggi Via Ponte Pietra. Questo palazzo è in realtà un'antica torre medioevale di epoca scaligera, è datato intorno al 1300 ed è uno degli edifici più alti del centro storico. I nostri appartamenti sono il luogo ideale per vivere Verona e trascorrere giorni indimenticabili con la sua magica atmosfera romantica.
L'appartamento si compone di una cucina con tavolo da pranzo, due ampie camere da letto, un bagno completo con doccia e un altro piccolo con wc e lavandino.

The tourist tax will be collected directly by Airbnb. The current cost (July 2024) is €3.5 per person per night for the first 4 nights. If the Municipality of Verona changes the cost, we will update the guests, and the payment will be adjusted accordingly. In case the booking was made before the change and Airbnb has already collected according to the previous rates, any difference in credit/debit will be settled at check-in.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the suite. In case of violation of this rule, the guest agrees to pay the restoration costs of € 300.
Pets are not allowed.
PARTIES are not allowed. You can't admit more people than the ones you have booked for and registered at the arrival. In case of parties or more/different people than the registered ones you accept to leave the suite without refund and accept to be charged with an extra euro 500,00 fee.
We reserve the right to periodically make some changes to the furnishings of the house to maintain the freshness of style. We strive to promptly provide a photographic update, however in some cases the photographs may not exactly match the furniture you will find upon your arrival. This especially in the event that the reservation is made prior to the changes and that these are made prior to your arrival. In any case, the structural parts of the suite or the offer of services / amenities declared at the time of booking will not be changed.

Se il Comune di Verona dovesse cambiare il costo, aggiorneremo gli ospiti e il pagamento verrà variato in accordo. Nel caso in cui la prenotazione sia precedente alla variazione e Airbnb abbia già riscosso secondo i valori precedenti, l'eventuale differenza a credito/debito verrà regolata al momento del check-in.
Nella suite è severamente vietato fumare. In caso di violazione di questa regola l’ospite accetta di pagare le spese di ripristino pari a 300€.
Non sono ammessi animali nell'appartamento.
Feste od eventi sono vietati. Non è permesso ospitare in appartamento un numero di persone superiore a quelle per le quali si è prenotato o differenti da quelle registrate al momento dell'arrivo. In caso di violazione di questa regola, l'ospite accetta di lasciare la suite senza rimborso della prenotazione e accetta che venga applicata una penale di euro 500,00.
Ci riserviamo il diritto di apportare periodicamente alcune modifiche all'arredamento della casa per rinnovarne lo stile. Ci impegniamo ad aggiornare tempestivamente le foto, tuttavia in alcuni casi queste potrebbero non corrispondere esattamente all'arredamento che troverete al vostro arrivo. Specialmente nel caso in cui la prenotazione sia stata effettuata prima delle modifiche e che queste vengano effettuate prima del vostro arrivo. In ogni caso, le parti strutturali della suite e l'offerta di servizi/comodità dichiarate al momento della prenotazione non saranno modificate.
