Villa Venus extends over 137m² over two floors, a short distance from Termini.
On the upper floor, an external lounge style seating area has a small kitchen corner (4-ring hob, sink, fridge, woodfired oven and barbecue), sofas and a guest bathroom. A couple of steps lead up to an expansive panoramic terrace with a dining table, sofa, armchairs and swing chair, and incredible sea views.
Alternatively, take the small flight of 8 steps into the villa and directly into the dining space and kitchen (with sink, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, vintage fridge and table). The master bedroom and two double bedrooms are on this floor, all with great views. The dining room is full of character, with exposed beams, a unique glass-topped table with cart wheels, a sofa, stone fireplace and TV.
On the lower floor of the villa, the open plan living space features a sofa bed, large screen TV, long wooden table with benches, and a fireplace. In the adjacent kitchen, amenities include a 4-ring hob, sink, oven, dishwasher, marble table and fridge. The room opens on to a terrace and garden where you’ll find another woodfired oven and a hexagonal-shaped pool with sun beds and an external shower. This garden area has another kitchen with 4-ring hob, sink and small fridge, and a bathroom annex.
