Magnificent 5bedroom Southside townhome with private garage parking! Originally built in the early 1900s, the property recently underwent a full renovation which preserved it's character & charm, but added wonderful modern amenities. Located in one of the best locations in Pittsburgh, just a short walk to the Southside Strip. The property has a lovely outdoor patio with furniture and grill. It's a wonderful property for traveling business partners who want space, families, and small groups alike
THE SPACE:
Wonderfully charming 5bedroom/2bath home with open concept living/dining/kitchen and large outdoor space w/grill and outdoor furniture. Plenty of room for the group to spread out and relax. Private garage parking for 1 vehicle, and additional space available for a 2nd vehicle if needed. No expense was sparred to make sure you enjoy your stay and feel at home. Perfect location just a short walk off the Southside strip with ample shops/bars/cafes/restaurants, while being just far away enough to make sure the property is quiet and peaceful at night.

2nd Floor: 3x bedrooms (1 with king ; 2x with queen) + 2x bathrooms ; W/D

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Central location with easy access to everything Pittsburgh has to offer! The neighborhood is a wonderful combination of families, early 30's, and even college students. Only 2 blocks off the strip, bountiful bars/restaurants/cafes/shops are within a short walk. The Southside, in general, is a staple of Pittsburgh. 100 years ago most of the Southside was steel mills. You can still see fragments of the mills at the Hot Metal Bridge and various pieces along the bike/walking path next to the river. Carson Street is a combination of bars, cafes, and quality restaurants. Down towards the end of the SouthSide is The Southside Works, which is a great, family-friendly, newer part of the city where the American Eagle Headquarters resides. Overall, this is an ideal location with easy access to everything Pittsburgh has to offer!
