Welcome to The River House. You are in a perfect location, a few houses away from the Manatee River, close to downtown Bradenton, and a short ride to the famous Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. Upon entering the house you are welcomed with a spacious beach themed living room, with a decorative fireplace, Smart TV, and comfortable seating. As you move throughout the home there is an office perfect for anyone that has to work remote, and a sitting room.
This home has 5 bedrooms sleeps 10 people. Great for your next family vacation.
Bedroom 1 has bunkbeds (bottom full size/top twin) plus an additional twin bed
Bedroom 2 has bunk beds (bottom full. top twin)
Bedroom 3 has a King size bed
Bedroom 4 has a twin bed
Bedroom 5 has a King Size Bed (please note this bedroom is located upstairs with a full bathroom)
Large Dining room table to accommodate everyone in the family.
Bright kitchen that over looks the pool. Also has a small bitro set.
Game room with TV, couch, foosball table, and Air Hockey.
Two single person kayaks, a small kayak cart, and water access to the launch at the end of the road.
The back yard is a Tropical Oasis, Large in ground pool (10ft deep) , with Tropical landscaping. You may never want to leave. BBQ included. (POOL IS NOT HEATED)
Bring your boat. Plenty of parking for boat/trailer. Warner's Bayou boat ramp is 1.8 miles away. Room to park an RV (no hookups)
Lewis Park is the next block over.
Bring your fishing gear, you can walk to the end of the street and fish in the Manatee River.
Pets are welcome with a $250 pet fee.
All TV's in the house are smart TV plus include cable. Wifi included. Kitchen fully equipe, plenty of linens for all of the beds and towels.
