This home's rustic appeal is complemented nicely by modern amenities such as Two 60 inch flatscreens, satellite TV, free WiFi, 2 fireplaces (1 wood burning, 1 propane), a fully stocked kitchen, and a 6 person sauna. The open kitchen and multiple livingroom area space offers lots of seating, making it a great place for friends and family to gather, or enjoy a little quiet time! Fully finished basement is complete with wet bar, pool table, foosball, 2 arcade style video games with glass sliders to hot tub.
Main Level offers: Vaulted ceiling, Master w/king & futon, large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and steam shower, Large kitchen, Family room, Dining room, washer/dryer, and Mudroom. Wrap around deck with sliders off of family room and additional entry off of master bedroom.
Upper Level offers: Romeo & Juliet bedroom w/balcony & Full size bed, Large "kids" room w/ 1 set of bunk beds & 3 twin size beds, Bathroom w/ shower. Open view of vaulted main level.
Lower Level: 4th bedroom w/queen bed & a twin size bed, bathroom with shower and sauna room, 2 living room areas, stone propane fireplace, lodge style wet bar, pool table, 2 arcade style video games and foosball. With walkout sliders to Hot tub and fire pit area.

*Snow removal and garbage pick up included
* Use of hot tub must be specified at time of booking, as it is cleaned and drained after each rental. Preparation fee of $150 will be applied to your reservation.
* $200 Linen/Cleaning fee will be added to each booking.
* Please note we use an outside property management company for the 2 services listed above, therefore we cannot be negotiable on the rate as the payment goes directly to them.
* It should be noted that when renting mountain top homes there is a possibility of deep freeze during times of extremely cold weather resulting in the water not heating up to it's full potential. If this occurs showers should be spaced out accordingly, lower levels bathrooms will be most affected.
