Just 250 steps from Falmouth Heights Beach and 100 steps from Little Pond, this beautiful house is extremely family-friendly: situated in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood and featuring a large back yard.
The house has 4 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a newly installed kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, a washer/dryer, cable television, (including NESN to get New England sports), high speed wireless internet access, plus air conditioning and central heating throughout. Bed Linens are provided. Bath and beach towels are NOT provided. There is also off-street parking for 4 cars in the driveway.

Not only is this house a perfect haven of tranquility, it is just a short walk to local restaurants and The Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. The house is also in close proximity to downtown Falmouth, Cape Cod Baseball League games and the Shining Sea Bikeway that connects Falmouth to Woods Hole, via the Vineyard Sound shoreline.
