It is located just a few steps from Zurriola Beach, after which it is named, and almost at the end of the Urumea River, so it boasts a very enviable location. It is surrounded by all kinds of services and just five minutes walk from both the Old Town and the City Center of San Sebastián.
In terms of layout, it consists of a large entrance hall that leads to an open-plan space where the kitchen-dining room and the living room are located. Separated from the living area by a half-height window, we find the master bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobes and a bathroom with shower. It also has access to the large terrace where you can enjoy pleasant moments of rest or meals outdoors.
