Harbor Island is a private gated community where golf carts are the way of transport and everything you need for your family getaway is right here. If the 3 mile beach just steps from your door is not enough, enjoy all the island’s amenities included with your stay, such as the extra large swimming pool, kiddie pool, playground, fishing docks, fitness center, tennis courts and even pickleball. This 3-bed 2 bath house offers an all-window sunroom where you can watch the sunrise and birds in the creek, or see the dolphins play from the front deck and play a game of catch or bocce in the backyard. This vacation home surely will not disappoint. This house is <30 minutes to Beaufort and 35 minutes to Parris Island. Military friendly!
About the property
Bedrooms have 1 queen, 1 queen, and a bunk bed over full with trundle; all mattresses brand new in 2022. Ocean views abound as this house is less than 100 yards to the beach. The home has bamboo flooring and tile throughout the house to add to the quality and enjoyment of this home. The master bedroom is on the main floor with it’s own full bathroom. A full size washer/dryer is also located on the main floor.
The two additional bedrooms are upstairs and both have amazing ocean/creek views. There is a second full bathroom upstairs between the two bedrooms and accessed through the hallway. There’s also a bonus space that overlooks the family room that includes a desk and kids hangout space. High speed wi-fi, granite countertops and the included golf cart for your use are just a few of the extras that make this home your ideal vacation. Less than 100 yards away, you’ll find the only beach access without stairs, convenient for using the wagon. After a day in the sand, light up the gas grill while the kids play on the tree swing or toast marshmallows in the fire pit after dinner.
Other included amenities: 4 beach chairs, small beach wagon, kids bicycles, beach toys, lawn games, boogie boards PLUS a 4-person golf cart.
The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.
