Positive: This house is a dream, very quiet, extremely comfortable, fully equipped. The photos are accurately showing the property. The surroundings are perfect for a relaxing holiday, lots of little country roads to walk, a nice quiet sheltered bay for swimming and snorkeling (Kalamitsa, hardly any waves even when the rest of the island is very windy). The owner lives in the semi-detached part of the house, we never heard anything or even saw him. But communication when needed was very smooth and fast via Booking.com messaging. We did enjoy our holidays at the Almond house very much and can only recommend it. Not sure what Booking says solo traveller for the review, I can't find how to change this but we are a couple.
