Summary: We make the trip to New Smyrna Beach each spring break. We typically stay in a condo but because we wanted to bring our family dog, we decided to look for a house near where our friends were staying.This home is in a perfect location on the non-driving end of the beach. Even though we were not on the beach, the main floor level is on the second floor and there is clearing allowing a nice view of the ocean. The home has been heartfully renovated and decorated. The kitchen is fully outfitted and provides plenty of space to store your own food during your stay. The bedrooms upstairs were roomy with their own private baths.The backyard can be safely accessed through the garage on the first floor, and it is fenced in so it's very safe. There are tons of beach extras and bikes in the garage for use, so you don't have to load your car down with these items. I would highly recommend this nice beach home in a perfect location at New Smyrna Beach. There is also plenty of parking if you have multiple cars or friends coming over for a day visit.
