Positive: Had an amazing view, thoughtful management- jacuzzi was already turned on and ready, comfortable furnishings/ numerous rooms and lots of extras included to use so you could leave your dishes and silverware at home, fire place and grill usage was amazing- firewood was already stacked inside.
