Positive: First of all, the view is UNBEATABLE. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunset daily. This is a great property in a convenient location. The condo is well appointed with renovated kitchen/bathrooms and has all the essentials + extras (beach chairs, etc.). The KTA superstore nearby sells superb fresh poke (forget about the touristy "poke bowl" places) and hot foods. The beds are very comfortable and linens high quality. Overall an excellent stay.
Negative: There were a few kinks in the first few days. One toilet was not working on the first night and we had to share one bathroom among the 5 of us. The AC upstairs broke and was making loud noises so one of us wasn't able to sleep for one night. Both problems were addressed very promptly by Tiffany and the management.
Summary: Best view, comfortable lodging, will stay again.
