Nestled among the live oak covered hills on 2.5 acres, our comfy home offers a serene retreat adjacent to two other 2.5 acre parcels with connected vacation rentals, each with different amenities and ambiance. Keep an eye out for wildlife, including jack rabbits, deer, quail, red tail hawks, and wild peacocks.
Step inside the family room with unique furnishings, including Native American artifacts, a flat-screen TV with YouTube TV and Netflix, and shelves stocked with books and board games. The home features waterproof laminate wood and tile floors, and newly remodeled granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoy adaptable handheld showerheads and a wheelchair accessible shower.
The hall leads to three bedrooms with separate outdoor access. The master bedroom boasts a King-sized log bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. The sliding glass door opens onto the shaded patio with a barbecue and oak tree.
