Located on a little side street, and just a short drive to Nantucket Sound beaches (1.5 miles), freshwater Schoolhouse Pond and the grocery store. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers a master bedroom with private bath, nice rear deck with picnic table and outdoor bistro furniture, and an open kitchen/dining area with dining table. You're sure to enjoy the front porch with two wicker rockers, the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee or a cocktail! There is a flat screen television in the living room as well as wireless internet access throughout. After a long day a the beach, jump in the enclosed outdoor shower! Cook dinner for friends and family in the fully stocked kitchen or on the charcoal grill. There are two air conditioning units in the house - one in the master bedroom (window unit) and one in the living room (floor based a/c unit) which keeps the kitchen and dining area cool as well. Property has an adjacent yard perfect for badminton, wiffleball and baseball! The lot is right next door and safely set back from the road.
Property is well maintained and a perfect summer spot! The exterior of the house has recently been painted. This home is very neat and clean and the price is right! Sorry no use of garage.
