Charming cottage with a park like setting that is on a Tranquil Cove. A perfect retreat for a small family. Property has a beautiful level lot with trees, fire pit, benches/swing to look out at the water, charcoal grill, and large deck and two huge docks (one of which is a party dock).
There is a big deck on the house. Sit outside on the deck drinking your morning coffee in the rockers and in the evening eat dinner at table on the deck while listening to the sounds of nature.
Main level has a small but new kitchen, dining area, living room and full bathroom. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and a full bath. Two rooms face the lake. Two rooms have queen size beds, two rooms have double size beds. All rooms have smart TVs. This home allows 4 adults and two children. Sorry no pets.
The driveway will accommodate a boat trailer if you want to bring your boat. The nearest boat launch isn't too far away, and you can park your boat right at the dock. So bring your swimsuits and your fishing gear for a SML getaway.
