HOUSE RULES AND HELPFUL INFORMATION.
- It is a Self-check-in, with the keypad,
- Please check all items before using them.
- Report immediately if there are any damages or losses within 24 hours.
- A legal copy of your Driver’s license is required ID, Or PASSPORT TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY.
- Nightly rates are for 2 guests only max/ per night.
- The external house is protected through the surveillance security camera system agent at all 36o degrees. All Cameras are 100% outside (one by the pool, 3 by the sideyard, and 3 in front of the house driveway.
- DO NOT TOUCH CAMERAS, SMOKE DETECTORS, OR ANY SENSORS. Do not UNPLUG ANY PLUGGED OUTLETS CTC. If this happens and we called someone to come and repair or fix it, you will be liable for the costs.
- External camera locations are (at the front, on the side, in the backyard, and on the other side of the house)
- Unauthorized guests are not allowed in the house for overnight stays after 10 pm unless paid prior. Extra overnight guests (after 10 pm) will be added extra charges.

- Remember to close the front door always. It is automatically controlled and operated, if we see for any reason you forgot to lock it, We will go ahead and lock it for you. - No drugs or any illegal activities in the house.
- NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY AT ALL.
- If neighbors complain about your noise, we will terminate your stay. So please respect the neighborhood's quietness.
- Host must be notified of any additional guests needed.
- Unauthorized guests ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SWIMM unless they pay. However, if you want them to swim there is a $69/person/day charge.
- NO DRINKS, GLASSES, OR FOOD BY THE POOL. Breaking the rules will be subject to additional charges or immediate termination.
- Maximum 3 unauthorized guests are allowed per day to visit our property during your stay, and 2 visits per week. For anything more than that, there will be a $25/unauthorized guest/day charge.
- If the management or the owner is not comfortable with the guest for any reason, and the guest is not cooperating or not responding to solve the issues, the Management/ owner has the right to terminate the contract or to take legal action.
- Neighbors are not allowed to enter the property for any reason.
- Refusing to cooperate with all house rules will cause legal action, termination, or no access to the property.
