Welcome to Cape Time - A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offering the perfect place to spend your vacation while tucked into a private wooded yard but also conveniently located directly across from the entrance to Long Pond Beach. Spend your days on the beach, your afternoons in a kayak on the pond (or inside enjoying the central AC), your evenings out on the patio in the peaceful yard and perhaps even your night time showering under the stars. Approaching the home from the shell-lined driveway with ample space to park, you are immediately welcomed down a stepping stone path to the front entry of the home. Once inside, you are greeted with an expansive open floorplan that begins with your place beneath the vaulted ceilings of the living area. Plenty of seating for everyone on the sectional sofa or the two chairs that surround the fireplace as well as the large flat screen TV. Enjoy your family movie nights or simply spread out to read an engrossing book while bathed in the daylight streaming through the multiple windows set in the front of the home.
Adjacent to the living space is the dining area set to seat six but with space for eight around the table placed near the sliding glass door overlooking the patio and yard beyond. From the dining table you can see the bright and modern kitchen which offers the convenience and connection you desire when gathering together as a group for meals. Plenty of counterspace and additional seating at the island for those who like to help (or watch the chef at work)! Whether laying on the couch watching a sporting event, seated at the dining table completing a puzzle or busy in the kitchen preparing a meal - everyone remains within sight and accessible for continuing conversations or keeping up with those being had.
Perfect for those with mobility restraints or perhaps the elders of the group, there is a king sized bedroom (#1) on the main level of this home along with a bathroom (#1) featuring a double sink vanity space and shower with door.
Returning to the living area and traversing the stairs to the landing above which overlooks the sun-filled room, you will find additional accommodations for your group. There is a queen sized bedroom (#2) with plenty of storage space for all of your vacation needs as well as an oversized bedroom (#3) featuring a king sized bed and a cozy nook with two twin beds. The two bedrooms on the upper level share a bathroom (#2) which provides a tub/shower combination perfect for the kids!
The exterior of the home provides a level yard that, while open and maintained to allow room for games and fun, also remains surrounded by the native plantings that offer shade, privacy and a serene location to enjoy. Take your meals al fresco to the patio or enjoy time listening to the birds that share their space with you - this home supports every conceivable need you might encounter as you develop your ideal Cape Cod vacation and, when you do, you will truly understand the notion of being on Cape Time.
