Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Additional logs are available on site at a small cost. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One Cot and highchair in the propery - more available on request through the guest book. Ample off road parking. Private decking with lawn area and hot tub. Balcony. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: The staircase in this property is slightly steeper than a normal staircase. A handrail is provided but they may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
