Home is centrally located in an area close to the beach, shops, restaurants, golf, a pier, ice cream shops, parks and nature trails, mini golf an arcade, night life and a grocery store. You may park your boat in the yard if you need to and we have multiple ramps nearby to launch your boat. Your furry friends are allowed and there is a charcoal grill to grill out and hang around in the backyard with your friends and family after a long day at the beach. This home is not far from Southport and it's fishing village feel with shops and restaurants on the water. Our a quick ferry ride over to Ft. Fisher and the Aquarium. There is also a ferry to prestigious and breathtaking Balk Head Island.
