With expansive ocean views from almost every room, a large terrace with panoramic outlook, and easy access from your fenced lawn to a private path straight onto the sand at Blue Bay Beach. Stroll a little further along the water to the historic Entrance Ocean Pool or the patrolled beach at Toowoon Bay – leave the shoes at home.
This beautifully appointed holiday home is set over three comfortable levels, it was meticulously restored to retain its original character while providing all the modern conveniences, decorated with eclectic homewares and a collection of curated artworks.
The entry level with driveway parking, contains the generously proportioned Master which is a true Suite, with Deluxe King bed, sitting area, large private bathroom with double sink and shower. You will also find the 4th Bedroom (with queen bed & ocean views), and a large Bathroom with double sink, bath and shower on this level.
The upper level contains the rest of the sleeping quarters with 2 bedrooms boasting ocean views (1 with King bed, 1 with Queen Bed) and shared WC. All 4 bedrooms are light-filled and well proportioned.
The lower level is the heartbeat of the house with expansive views from every angle. Here you will find the large living room, dining, kitchen, laundry and large ocean view terrace designed for alfresco dining and relaxation. The kitchen is well appointed with induction cooking, deep stone sinks, precision Japanese steel knives, fine porcelain and a wine glass for every occasion (Champagne, Bordeaux, Burgundy & more). Direct beach access with outdoor shower is also located through this level.
