Newly renovated Cape Cod home in a great area near the bay side beaches and lakes. Simply and tastefully decorated, this bright and airy home features a huge sunny deck overlooking a large, private back yard with room for the kids to play (A rare bonus on the Cape!). Granite countertops and hardwood floors add the comforts of home to this pristine and clean vacation oasis. Enjoy a spacious master suite with sitting area and its own full bath. A second bath with both shower and tub accommodate children and guests. Includes washer/dryer, natural gas grill and outdoor shower along with a fire pit for relaxed evenings and toasting marshmallows! Great neighborhood! Just a short walk to the Cape Cod Bike Trail and less than a mile to First Encounter Beach. A large garage for storing beach toys and bikes as well as a game room with ping pong, air hockey, foosball, etc. complete the vacation experience. Beach chairs and some bikes available. Guests provide their own linens.
