This luxury apartment is on the first floor overlooking the communal pool and tennis court. At the Tomas Maestre Marina.It is an ideal situation for a young family. The waters of the Mar Menor are very shallow and warm. Everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment has all the luxuries you will need for a relaxing holiday, including underfloor heating, 2 baths, a washing machine, etc. There is ample parking space for cars, a good bus service close by and a car hire shop in the locality.
There is a ferry service that takes you across the Mar Menor so you can have a day out on the other side of the lagoon. This service runs hourly in the summer until 11 pm.
The local area is ideal for walking and cycling as it is flat. There are many activities such as wind surfing, sailing and diving in the area. There are inflatables for younger children on the Mar Menor. The Mediterranean is within walking distance. The area is ideally suited for a family with young children

Summary: Excellent location, close to super market and marina, local beaches within walking distance. car needed for further exploration of area. Cartegena is well worth a visit. The water park at Torreveija is difficult to find as no local sign posts but a great day out. find carrefour and its next door! Only drawback about the appartment was no air conditioning, so it was v hot most of the time. i would go back there and would def recommend the location for families :) Appartment very clean and Mavis was very helpful. Rooms were of a good size and the second bathroom was a real bonus. All the appliances worked and the kitchen was well spec'd.
