Summary:
This rental is an entire four unit complex located right across the Naples Bay from the City Dock and the Crayton Cove. You and your guests will have the entire complex and amenities to yourselves throughout your stay with us! Our condo building is just a few minutes drive from downtown Fifth Ave South and the Public beach accesses along Gulf Shore Blvd South. The onsite private amenities include a completely fenced in heated pool, pool deck with chairs, loungers, tables and more!
The Space:
This is an entire 8 bedroom, 8 bathroom condo with 2 units located on the first floor and 2 units located on the second floor. For sleeping arrangements the following beds are available: A-1 is a first floor unit with a King and Queen Bed. B-1 is a first floor unit with a King and Queen Bed. A-2 is a second floor unit with King Bed and 2 Twin Beds. B-2 is a second floor unit with a King Bed and a Queen bed. Each of these 4 units has a pull out sofa for a combined occupancy of 24. Each one of the units has its own laundry room with a dedicated washer and dryer in each unit for a total of 4 washers and 4 dryers.
Please note: A2 and B2 are only accessed by stairs, there is not an elevator at the building. The first floor units, A-1 and B-1 have a shared interior door that can be unlocked and opened up creating one large 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom first floor unit during your stay. There is not an interior door in between the second floor units.
The Kitchens have a bar height counter top and feature an open concept that looks out towards both the dining and family rooms. There are granite counter tops throughout the kitchen and there is a Keurig, a blender, a toaster and more! The dining rooms in each unit have a rectangular table that seats 6, for a total of 24, and they are located just across from the kitchen. All of the furnishings, TV's, place settings, linens etc were all brand new in Jan 2023 when this property came onto the rental market for the first time.
There is a north facing screened lanai on the back of these units and they look out to the brackish canal just behind the condo. There is a small dock that is currently being repaired and not able to be utilized at the moment but photos and marketing will be updated once it is repaired (it was damaged during Hurricane Ian in Sept 2022 but there was NO damage to this condo or the building. We encourage guests to bring their own small personal watercraft such as kayaks and stand up paddle boards which can be stored on the sides or the back of the building while in residence.
The onsite private amenities include 6 assigned spaces which is located just off the street on the south side of the property. One of the main features of the outdoors is the heated swimming pool which is located behind a 6' tall vinyl fence and there are chaise loungers, outdoor dining sets with umbrellas and a gas grill for guest use. The small dock on the back side of the condo is in the process of being renovated after Hurricane Ian damaged it, but not the building in Sept 2022.
We are also advertising the units individually (4 individual listings), as a pair for the bottom units A-1 and B1 (1 listing) and as a combined listing of all four units (this listing). Any other configuration can be made depending on availability.

This home is pet friendly and allows 2 non-shedding pets - no exceptions and no additional fees.
Additionally there is a 6 car parking lot for all of your vehicles during your stay with us! Each unit has 2 beach chairs. All units require using stairs to access them, the top floor units A-2 and B-2 require an additional flight of stairs to access them.
This pool is heated to 85 degrees and it can be naturally warmer in the summer and fall months. If guests would like it warmer there will be an additional charge of $20/day.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 45 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.
