If you choose to stay close by, hop on your bike and travel along the Tweetsie Trail that takes you to Johnson City or walk Elizabethton’s historic downtown and enjoy shops and local restaurants. Inside this gorgeous, newly renovated one-level condo, you will find nothing but peace and comfort. Offering 3 bedrooms which are all equipped with smart TVs and premium bedding, 1 bathroom with laundry area, a cozy living room where you can watch TV or choose from a selection of board games, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. The futon in the bunk room and sofa bed in the

Max 2 vehicles for the condo due to two parking spots being dedicated to each condo.
Absolutely No smoking/vaping inside home or outside the entrances to the home as this is a smoke free home and property. ANY Smoking/vaping will result in and additional $200 cleaning fee on top of the $130 cleaning fee for a total $330 cleaning fee. The unit is equipment with monitored smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide detectors through a security monitoring service for insurance purposes.
Please Do not play with or allow children to play with security control panel in hallway as it is monitored and could possibly set off alarm.
Garbage day is each Friday. Please make sure garbage receptacle is at street beside light pole/mailboxes every Thursday night if not already there during long term stays.
Sleeping arrangements:
2- queen beds accommodate 4 people
2- bunk twin size beds accommodate 2 people
1- sleeper sofa accommodates two people
No parties, events, reunions, or additional guests totaling more than 8 total people at any given time are allowed in/at home due to lack of parking for additional guest and home not being able to accommodate additional people.
Small breed Dogs with short fur/shedless hypoallergenic dogs are allowed after being requested prior to booking. All dogs Must be preapproved prior to confirming booking and additional fee MUST be paid. ONLY 1 Dog is allowed after being pre-approved. Two small dogs may be allowed depending on breed/size of animals. If home is booked without acknowledging pet prior to booking, pet fee will be doubled. All dogs must be crate trained and accompany tenant while away from home. Dog must not disturb neighboring tenants if left at home while tenants are away, and owners must clean up after pets. Pet owners are responsible for any/all damage the pet may cause. All pets must remain on leash while outside due to traffic and neighbors. Watauga Property Group is not responsible for any pet/neighbor interactions or issues. If animals become nuisance to neighbors due to barking, guests may be required to vacate the home due to noise disturbance and forfeit remaining night's stay. WPG cleaning staff has a policy to take pictures of all furniture legs, rugs, mattresses, and furniture after cleaning each unit for verification of no property damage prior to check-in.
