Positive: I loved everything about it. Host Carmen was very nice and communicative. Every time I ran into her, which was frequently, she asked how my stay was going (Awesome!) and if I needed anything (I didn't except for recommendations and directions). The neighborhood (Versalles) was beautiful and all necessities (i.e., laundromat, supermarket) were within close walking distance. Also, there was a plethora of places to eat nearby, including a coffee shop downstairs.
Negative: A few minor inconveniences: excessive heat made the door to the building stick and the apartment flooded (minor) during heavy rain.
Summary: I loved my stay here and it was made all the more pleasant thanks to host Carmen.
