• I invite you to come stay in my charming, fully furnished, 2 bedroom, one bath home.
• 8 minutes to downtown, 11 minutes to the beautiful Gulf Beaches
• You will have full/private use of the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and front yard.
• Front yard has several seating areas for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.
I have a keyless entry. I will give you the code when you book.
MY PLACE
There are 2 BEDROOMS. Each with a queen bed, nice bedding, black out curtains, night stand, dresser, desk, reading chair and large closet (hangers included).
The KITCHEN is fully stocked with all the items needed to have a nice sit down meal. Paper towels are provided. Cleaning products are under the sink.
The small, clean BATHROOM has a tub/shower. Towels, tissue and toilet paper are provided.
My front YARD has several seating areas where you can sit and enjoy a cold beverage under the warm Florida sunshine.
The LAUNDRY ROOM is located outside in the back yard under the covered patio. This area is my private space but I am happy to unlock the gate for you to do laundry when needed.
My home is located just 8 minutes from downtown St Pete, 7 minutes to the beaches of Gulfport and 11 minutes to the beautiful Gulf beaches. It’s about a 30 minute drive to Tampa International Airport and a 20 minute drive to St Pete-Clearwater International Airport.
I’m minutes away from amazing restaurants, pubs, museums, water activities, parks and theaters.
I am 4 block from the new Sun Runner bus stop. This bus does a loop between the gulf beaches and downtown St Pete. It stops at many fun places on the route!
Parking is available right in front of my home.
Please do not park in front of my neighbors houses!
My old Florida neighborhood is safe and quiet.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
I live on the property year round. I have two private spaces, one is behind the locked door in the kitchen and the other is in the back yard in my she shed/office. You may see me in the yard doing work or laundry. Feel free to say Hi to me if you want but I do respect your privacy and will leave you to your wonderful stay at my home.
