Our lake home is located on Lake Keowee in Seneca, SC and is 7 miles from Clemson
University.
10 person maximum 8 adults and 2 children. Adults are considered to be 13+ at our home.
This luxury 3500sf home is fully furnished and offers a retreat for family and friends including a private cove for swimming , Two huge patios with seating and a third patio with a sunken firepit, basketball and an outdoor shower.
Our home can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The main
living area’s open floor plan has cathedral tongue and groove ceilings,
rustic 5' planked hardwood floors, a floor to ceiling 52' gas stone
fireplace and floor to ceiling windows.
The spacious kitchen was built for two or more cooks to move about
freely. Included are two dishwashers and two sinks and a walk-in
pantry. Off the kitchen is a full-sized laundry room with an extra large
front loading washer and dryer. Off the laundry room is a deck which leads to an outdoor shower.
The dining area seats 10 and there is an enclosed sunroom with comfortable seating and table for 8. Only steps away is the grill deck which includes a
large gas grill.
The master suite has a cathedral ceiling and a king-sized luxurious bed with separate reading area and private deck. The master bath has a separate
tub and huge shower with rainhead. The walk-in closet has built-ins for his and hers.
The lower level has 2 luxurious king suites including their own private baths with large showers. The bunk room has queen over queen bunkbeds. The bathroom includes a large walk in shower.
The common area is a game room and has a Pool Table and pinball and a self-service wetbar with refrigerator, microwave and a 3rd dishwasher!
Linens and beach towels are supplied.
