*Check in is any time after 4pm and check out is at 10am. We do offer an option to check out/in for additional fee of $50 per hour (IF ITS AVAILABLE).

Summary: The property is very nice! The area is nice and quiet. Erica was very nice and quickly responded to emails and texts. I booked this house, at a higher cost than some of the other houses that were available, because it offered things that my kids and grandkids were really looking forward to. Such as, a basketball hoop in the pool, waterfall in the pool, a air hockey table and a pool table. We were very disappointed when we arrived and learned that the hockey table was not there. Apparently it was broken by the guest that stayed before us. The waterfall in the pool was not working and the pool basketball hoop was on the ground. Some other issues where, that the cement on the balcony area outside of the primary bedroom was broken up as if being repaired. So, unable to sit out on the balcony. The tubs were not slip proofed and no matts were provided to put down. A couple of us almost had really bad accidents. Only one of the pool sticks for the pool table, had a tip on it. So we had to share one pool stick. The beds have good mattresses and were comfortable, but the bed frame in the primary bedroom squeaks really bad, every time you move. We made the best of it and had a good time, but we really didn't get what we paid for.
