Enjoy all the restaurants and shopping that Gaylord has to offer: Kohls, TJ Max, Meijers. Walmart and quaint shoppes of the downtown Alpine village.
This expansive home has southern exposure to the lake. It is designed to be enjoyed by multiple families and groups, yet cozy enough to provide the feeling of relaxing at home. Plenty of activities inside and out all year long. All you need to do is enjoy yourself! Enough paved parking for 8 cars. Three fireplaces inside and three fire pits outside. Swim raft, paddle boat, kayaks on property for your use. All available Memorial Day-Labor Day. Pontoon also available for rent. The home is located on the no wake part of the lake. Depending on the water level for the year and the amount of rain from the season, there is a beach.
Sports bar on lower level with pool table, dart board, foosball table and 75 inch 4K tv. Spectrum Gold package for sports and movie enjoyment. WIFI available. Bar with stools, speed racks and glassware. Two sinks and a mini fridge within the bar. Full bathroom on Sports Bar level including a bedroom. Walk out to an 8 person adult only hot tub looking at the lake. Table and seating available as well. Landscaped lighting leading to lake. A lakeside deck with gas fire pit table. Below, there is a campfire pit perfect for s'mores and star gazing.
Directly off from the family room you will find a deck overlooking the lake. No need to try and peer around fence rails and railing, as there is a tempered glass that allows you to have an unobstructed view of the lake. Watch the loons, ducks or the beauty of falling snow. On the upper deck there is outside dining and sitting area that is situated around a gas fire pit table. Weber grill.
