This unique 6br/4.5bth house sleeps up to 16 people. Each bedroom has its own name, a travel destination. You will feel like you traveled an entire world just by staying at this destination themed house!

- 1st master bedroom “Miami” with 1 kind bed and 1 twin sleeper sofa. Huge walk-in closet (portable full size crib with mattress is stored in this closet). Jacuzzi, double vanity and a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. Private balcony with a stunning view.

KIDS
Attention parents! Although kids are welcome at this property please be aware that the kids need to be always supervised. There are some stairs in the house, and since the house is located on the top of the hill expect lots and lots of big natural stones in the backyard and around the property.
PETS
Let your dogs in! This house is pet friendly with fully fenced in backyard and plenty of grassy area. Please contact us before booking with a pet. We charge $100 per stay. Maximum 3 pets allowed. If this is a long term stay (>28 days) there’s additional $50 per pet per month fee and a non-refundable $200 pet deposit. If the guest does not inform the host of the pets and doesn’t pay the pet fee the stay will be terminated early or there will be an additional penalty charge of $100 on top of the original pet fees owed.

*We do not supply propane tank for the grill, but usually there is one left from the prior guests. Please consider leaving your unfinished propane tank for future guests as a nice gesture too.

POLICIES/HOUSE RULES
- No smoking. Penalty fee $500
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- All events must be approved by the host. Please reach out to the host at the time of booking. If the host was not informed of the event there will be a $1000 fine plus immediate eviction.
-***Quiet Hours***: Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. When playing music or engaging in activities that may generate noise, please keep the volume at a level that does not disturb the neighbors. As a general guideline, we recommend that noise from music and activities should not exceed 50 decibels (dB) when measured from outside the rented space (inside it could be louder). For reference, 50 decibels is roughly equivalent to a normal conversation or the gentle hum of a refrigerator. This ensures that sound remains at a level that doesn’t disturb neighboring residents.
-***Non-Quiet Hours***: a reasonable guideline for the dB volume level in a rented house during non-quiet hours is to keep it below 60 decibels (dB) when measured from outside the rented space. Inside it could be louder, as long as outside it doesn’t exceed 60. This is similar to the volume of normal conversation or background music in a restaurant. This level helps ensure that activities within your space remain enjoyable for you while being considerate of neighboring residents.
-In the event that guests violate the specified volume rules outlined above and disrupt the peaceful environment for neighbors, the following penalties may be applied:
1. First Offense: A formal warning will be issued to the guest, highlighting the noise violation and emphasizing the importance of adhering to the volume guidelines. Guest must correct the volume within 15 minutes of receiving the first offense.
2. Second Offense: host will send 2nd warning. Guest must correct the volume within 15 minutes of receiving the second offense.
3. Subsequent Offenses: Continued violations of the volume rules may result in eviction from the property by a police and or further fines ($1000). The decision will be made at the host's discretion, based on the level of disturbance caused to the neighbors.
- Maximum occupancy 16 people. Unauthorized guests sleeping at the house will be subjected to a $500 fine.
- No firearms at the property, licensed or unlicensed. $1000 fine.
- Gym rules: By booking the property you agree to abide by the house rules. Use exercise equipment and free weights at your own risk. If you elect to enter exercise room, you assume full responsibility including inspection of the exercise equipment prior to exercising. No individuals under 18 years of age without adult supervision.
