Villa Havana Sitges is a fabulously spacious villa with private garden, pool and seaviews. It offers a great option to a larger group or family. This unique villa which sleeps 16 people offers plenty of contemporary design within expansive interiors and just 5 minutes from Sitges.
One of the features of this villa is an interior wintergarden patio around which the ground floor rooms and bedrooms are distributed. There is a huge bright basement area with a recreational space which also doubles up as an additional 2 double bedroom if necessary. There is a large sitting room with a high beamed ceiling. Ceiling to floor glass windows provide access and views to the garden, terraces and pool.

The villa is distributed across 3 floors with bedrooms spread nicely across all floors allowing families or groups to share a space but also maintain privacy.
The ground floor has a large family kitchen with a separate dining room which seats 14 people. The dining room is separated from the sitting room by a glass walled interior patio with potted plants which provides bright spaces and is a beautiful unique feature of this villa.
There are two double ensuite bedrooms on this floor – one ensuite has direct access to the garden and pool. The kitchen is large, modern and fully fitted. It faces out to the garden and the pool. This is essential if travelling with kids. The kitchen also connects directly with the terraces with Alfresco dining and sunbeds.
The top floor has 3 double bedrooms, two with fabulous seaviews – these bedrooms share a bathroom.
The basement of Villa Havana is an amazing space – it can be used as a recreational area and comes equipped with a ping pong table.
The space and layout of the room also means that it doubles as a large bedroom, big enough for 2 double beds – a great area for children or teenagers. There is another separate double bedroom also on this floor. Both of these would share a Shower room.
