This place is located 2 miles to away from Ralphs and Lake Balboa Park, 3.3 miles to Amazing Escape Room, 2.5 miles to Sepulveda Basin Recreation Area, 2.3 miles to The Japanese Garden, 11.0 miles to Universal Studio tour, 1.1 miles to Van Nuys Airport, and just 15 miles from Santa Monica! You can also find different restaurants and shops nearby!

Cozy, spacious and inviting - this home is perfect for travelers, friends, families and even for those who are in the city for business!
This home features a king-sized bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have king-sized beds. The 4th and 5th bedrooms have queen-sized beds each- which makes this place comfortable for up to 10 guests.
The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.
There are books and a dedicated workspace available perfect for those who are working from home.
There is also a large gazebo with propane fire pit and lounge furniture, and in the front of the house, there is a patio table and chairs where you can use while enjoying the views and having a restful and relaxing stay.
I have full sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & dryer - so you don't have to worry about that!
The house includes high-speed WiFi, cornhole in the backyard, and TVs with Netflix and Roku access that is available during your stay!

Summary: The house had all the room we needed and worked for us once we ironed out the wrinkles. Before new guests arrive the property management needs to do a thorough inspection with a check list. We arrived off a long international flight mid afternoon and couldn't gain access to the house until after 9pm. The key pad didn't work and the number listed for the property was in Canada with no answering machine. We finally reached someone and were given the combo to the lockbox so we could get in. There were 6 of us but only 2 face cloths, no hand towels and 5 forks. The master bathroom had a broken open drain, a totally broken towel rack and the shower head had no attachment to the wall so it was a hand held shower. The back bedroom has its own heat pump so don't expect cool air out of the ceiling vent. The living room TV has no TV channels. The reverse osmosis drinking system is not to be used and should be removed. No filter change for a very long time. The property manager did quickly service all of our needs and once that was taken care of things were fine. Maybe I'm out of touch but for the price we paid I would expect everything to be checked and working. Not being able to gain access until after 9pm was distressing to say the least - we were wondering where we would stay by that time. A live person should be on call until the guests are safely inside the house.
