Spend a week or more at a beautiful 1876 farmhouse with all the amenities of a restful, modern summer home. 5 bedroom, 3 bath house sleeps 12 and will easily accommodate 2 large families. Sits on a 1.4 acre lot with lots of room to run for kids, a big wide lawn for frisbee or football, and beautiful vistas of conservation land and the harbor beyond. It's close to Northside beaches (just 1.2 miles to Bayside, Cold Storage, and Sea Street beaches), Sesuit Harbor, Dennis Pines Golf Course, and all of the charms of Dennis Village and Brewster. Outdoor gas grill; outdoor shower; and corn hole for friendly evening competitions. Flatscreen TV and free wifi. Large eat-in family kitchen has been freshly repainted, dining room easily accommodates large groups for summer meals, outdoor patio perfect for dinner or cocktails. Well behaved dogs are welcome with an additional deposit and cleaning fee.
3 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 bedroom has four twin bunks, 1 bedroom has twin bed with pop-up trundle. One bedroom/bath on first floor and easy-access front steps can accommodate an older family member. Window air conditioning, high ceilings, and ceiling fans for occasional warm summer nights. Close to family spots like Natural History Museum, blueberry picking and some of the Cape's best ice cream and candy stores. Property is surrounded on three sides by conservation land donated to the town of Dennis in perpetuity.

Summary: Our family of 6 adults and 6 children under 9 yrs had a wonderful time at your big comfortable, well furnished and well stocked farmhouse. It was a hot week, we pushed the systems (a/c, plumbing, elec.) and they failed😕 but we were warned and understand. Some of us went without a/c at night or had to take cold showers. With some much needed updates (bathrooms, kitchen and electrical, deck?) this house would be great. Given these issues the cost of this rental is a bit hard to justify but we had a wonderful time and that’s what matters.
