It offers 3 large bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths, a private master en suite showcasing the spectacular ocean views, a large dining room that easily seats 8 and a spacious living room ideal for enjoying down-time and bonding with friends and family. Tickle your culinary creativity with the fully outfitted kitchen chock-full of utensils and gourmet appliances featuring Viking & Subzero brands. Don’t forget to start your day at our Kitchen’s breakfast bar while deciding if you will spend the day at The Grand’s pool and spa or private beach. ABOUT THE GRAND: The Grand offers amenities like no other in the area!
The Beach:
We have a beautiful, lifeguard- monitored PRIVATE BEACH where the beach attendants will set-up chairs, umbrellas, and side tables as a complimentary service from Father's Day to Labor Day weekends. Just bring your towel and drinks! Food and beverage service also available during 'peak season.'
NOTE: Attendant service is available on weekends only from Memorial Day to Father's Day.
Beach is also handicap accessible for those with mobility concerns.
The Pool Area:
After the beach, wash the sand off in the outdoor shower before enjoying your afternoon relaxing on the hardwood sundeck by the infinity pool or hot tub with direct view of the ocean and beach. There is even an adjacent kiddie pool for the little ones! You can also enjoy the food and beverage service here. The pool is located next to The Grand lounge area, complete with kitchen area, locker rooms, and bathrooms. There are grills adjacent to the pool, which can be used on a 'first-come, first-serve" basis. This pool area is also handicap accessible for those with mobility concerns.
The Private Storage Area:
You will also have access to a locked, storage unit beneath the pool deck to keep all your beach toys, such as boogie boards, toys, surf boards, etc. as these are prohibited from the Residences per The Grand. Bikes can also fit inside this storage area, however, there is a huge wall dedicated for hanging your locked bike in the parking area.

Our home can accommodate up to 8 guests and no additional, overnight guests are permitted. Due to strict Homeowner Association regulations, this maximum occupancy rule is strictly enforced. Wristbands (8 will be left in the unit) are required to be worn by all guests while on The Grand property. For the safety and enjoyment of all at The Grand, rules are strictly enforced by The Grand Management and all guests must register upon checking in.
NOTE: Linens are not included with this rental. For your convenience, we recommend using Wildwood Linen Supply Company ( wildwoodrentalsupply.com ) for this service.
Our cleaning service follows CDC-recommended guidelines. The house is sanitized with CDC-approved disinfectant prior to every guest's arrival. The CDC-approved disinfectant is applied utilizing a high-efficiency automatic electronic ULV fogger. It delivers 50 micron sanitizer droplets evenly and directly on exposed surfaces in an efficient mist. The CDC-approved disinfectant is rated to kill biological contagions within10 minutes of application. It is applied to exposed surfaces and touch-points throughout the house, such as knobs, counters, cabinets, kitchen appliances, bathrooms, furniture, window treatments, window fixtures, remote controls, thermostats and switches.
Flexible pandemic policy:
In the event of a Pandemic or other catastrophic event such that a municipal, county, state or federal executive order, resolution, proclamation, statute, regulation or other directive prohibits the owner and/or owner's parties from giving possession of the property to the tenant at the time the rental term commences, the tenant may reschedule their vacation to another timeframe, mutually agreed to by tenant and owner, or receive a credit for the amount of funds paid to the owner, to-date. This credit may be applied to a future timeframe that is mutually agreed to by owner and tenant.
An $800 refundable security credit card hold is required with final payment 30 days prior to check-in .
NOTE: There are two fees:
1. $290 weekly homeowners association common-area fee (required by The Grand)
2. A $270 cleaning fee to clean the unit after your departure.
