5 Esk Valley is a lovely end-terrace cottage situated close to the village of Grosmont just five miles from Whitby in North Yorkshire. The cottage can sleep four people in two double bedrooms together with family bathroom and cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a private garden with furniture. 5 Esk Valley is a superb base for exploring all there is to do in this lovely part of the country.
Amenities: Electric central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for fire to be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private lawned garden . Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: The stairs have a sharp 90 degree left hand turn at the top. Please be aware of this for anyone who has mobility issues. Note: There is a heritage railway line near to cottage and some noise may be heard when steam trains pass (trains only operate during the day, 2 trains per hour).
